Channelled Message for Autumn Equinox

The seasons of the Earth can offer us so much insight into understanding the patterns of our life. Using the seasons as metaphors for how we can live in harmony with the cycles of our life, I offer inspirational and thoughtful words in the form of this channelled seasonal message. If you’ve been curious about how you can be more in touch with the flow of your life, this message is the poetic reflection that will provide a guiding star for the autumnal season ahead.

I touch on Autumn as the season of harvest. How the Earth invites us to step into the process of receiving and nourishing our Self. How seasons of our life continue to reap new growth. How seeds grow regardless of how intentional we've been in planting them. We are meant to celebrate this season, we are meant to experience the unrestrained jubilance and pleasure that comes from a full harvest.

P.S. This is something I'm super proud of because it's a project I've wanted to release for some time. It's been in the back of my head as this series I wanted to start on how each of the seasons can be applied to our lives as a reflective practice. What I ended up channelling was more than I could've imagined on my own. It is poetic, it is metaphorical, it is clear and it is inspirational. Listening back to it I had this experience of not feeling the initial "ick" that I usually get hearing my own voice. Listening back to it I felt like this is what I was meant to do and release into the world right now.
